Gustavo has over 30 years’ banking & finance experience. Gustavo is the ex-CEO of Standard Chartered Bank in Switzerland, having opened the bank from scratch & subsequently managed it for several years. Gustavo was also a Board Member of Cramer Bank. Previous to this, Gustavo was trained as an Internal Auditor by PwC.

For the last 8 years Gustavo has been very active in the Crypto space & has launched several initiatives such as Carter.

Gustavo holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from University of Chile, a Master’s degree in & an MBA in Finance from Oregon State University.

Dr. Alfie Adam is a seasoned financial expert, classically trained at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank in London during the late 1990’s. Holding a PhD in Mathematics and with decades of experience managing client portfolios, Dr. Adam's analytical and reasoning skills are widely renowned. He has always taken a very low risk profile to trading, seeking small, incremental gains.

He pioneered a technique early in his career which involved increasing client portfolios by 1% per day. Using this technique and compounding, he therefore has pioneered a refined technique which can generate returns of 38x initial invested funds after one year, consistently achieving this.

Sam Evan is the Director of Strategy & Trading at Carter Capital, working closing with Dr. Alfie Adam with a focus on low-risk, compounding crypto strategies. With a background in Actuarial Science, Sam began his career in the insurance sector with exposure in institutional risk management before transitioning into digital assets.
